The Energy Time Trek is performed by two professional actors who lead your students through an action-packed adventure, all while teaching about energy conservation and natural gas safety.

Show Synopsis

In this 25-minute play, It’s a quiet day at the Time Safety Bureau until reports surface that an evil villain named Genghis Jones has traveled back in time to stop people from discovering and using natural gas. It’s up to our hero, Odysseus P. Honeycutt, to travel back in time and learn how to stop this evil villain before it’s too late. Luckily she has a time machine of her own but unluckily, she doesn’t know very much about natural gas.

She meets up with Egbert Schmeinstein who shows her the science of natural gas and sends Ody on her way to continue her mission. Ody then meets up with Tennille Mercaptan who uses some funky fresh dance moves to show Ody how we use energy resources. Ody then travels to meet The Blue Shadow who teaches Ody how natural gas gets to our homes and other places. A final showdown occurs with Genghis Jones where they discuss how to conserve and be safe around natural gas.
But who will win out in the end?
